Adam Westreich – Principal

Over his career, Mr. Westreich has developed a diverse and far-reaching portfolio of investment and income producing properties as well as the development of several luxury condominium, apartment and townhouse developments across the country. He has extensive experience in income analysis, equity and loan structures, due diligence review, cash flow projections, underwriting, leasing, contract drafting and asset valuations. Mr. Westreich also serves as vice president at The Tryad Group – a diversified real estate organization based in Brooklyn, NY. Prior to joining The Tryad Group in 2007, Mr. Westreich worked with the investment team at iStar Financial (NYSE: STAR), a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust specializing in debt financing. While at iStar, he was involved in originating, underwriting and closing over $1 billion in real estate transactions across several property types including ground-up condominium construction; land development; hotel construction, corporate tenant leasing, and retail development.

Mark Buchen – Investments

Mr. Buchen is involved in all aspects of acquisitions, asset management, and dispositions. He has experience in financial modeling, large-scale business transformations, financial analysis, underwriting, valuation, and detailed due diligence. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Buchen worked at a global investment fund and PwC Advisory in the Real Estate and Alternative Investment Group.
Mr. Buchen received his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from Brooklyn College, City University of New York.

Crystal Hoffman- Controller

Ms. Hoffman has worked in the Real Estate industry for more than ten years in both the public and private sectors and has experience in both residential and commercial properties. Ms. Hoffman is directly responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial management, including corporate accounting, financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, job cost tracking, accounts receivable and accounts payable, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures. Prior to joining the company, Ms. Hoffman worked at Rose Associates, a large multi-family and mixed-use real estate developer and operator. Ms. Hoffman received her BBA in Accounting from Iona College – Hagan School of Business.

Sam Hirth – Construction and Property Manager

Mr. Hirth has over 15 years of experience in Construction and Property Management. He acts as the liaison between tenants and senior management addressing any issue promptly with all parties. He is directly responsible for operational and financial aspects of rental properties including but not limited to budget control and maintenance. Additionally, he oversees all ground up development for the company.
Mr. Hirth received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Pratt University.
